Top 10 Reasons EZ TAG Customers Receive Violations

Have an EZ TAG but received a violation? How to avoid future violations.

EZ WAYS TO AVOID VIOLATIONS

We know you're busy. And when life happens, your EZ TAG probably isn't the first thing on your mind.  But remembering to do these simple things will keep your account in good standing, and keep you from receiving future violations.

PAYMENT METHOD AND ACCOUNT UPDATES

Let us know when:

  • Your credit card expiration date is updated
  • You report a credit card lost or stolen
  • Your credit card balance has reached its limit and you need to provide an alternate payment method
  • Your address changes
  • You'd like to raise your minimum balance to decrease the frequency with which we replenish your EZ Account balance

EZ TAGS, VEHICLES AND LICENSE PLATES

Let us know when:

  • You have sold the vehicle that has your EZ TAG attached
  • You purchase a new vehicle with a new license plate number
  • You receive new plates
  • You drive a vehicle other than the one you've associated with your EZ TAG

If you use a credit card to maintain your account, you can now add a secondary "back-up" credit card in the event a primary credit card will not function.
